Welshpool-based MACA has been awarded a $30.2 million state government contract for roadworks in the Pilbara region.
Under the contract, Maca will design and construct a four-kilometre section of Marble Bar Road through Coongan Gorge.
The project involves realignment and upgrades, including off-road drainage and the installation of safety barriers, signs and pavement markings, among other things.
Maca was recently awarded a $27.5 million mining services contract at BHP’s Area C mine in the Pilbara.
