Perth-based Craig Coleman has stepped down as chairman of Lonestar Resources, which is now headquartered in Texas following completion of the merger with Amadeus Energy and integration of the Eagle Ford shale assets.
Mr Coleman remains on the Lonestar board as a non-executive director.
