The Esperance Port Authority Board has appointed former Governor of Western Australia, Ken Michael, as chairman of the Multi-user Iron Ore Facility evaluation panel, which will select a short list of proponents to develop a new iron ore export facility.
Dr Michael’s former roles include commissioner of Main Roads of WA and member of the Economic Regulatory Authority.
