LandCorp is set to release four new lots in The Quadrangle business estate in Joondalup, with the plots earmarked for retail, showroom, service industry or office uses.
The lots, sized from 1,498 square metres to 1,680sqm, will hit the market tomorrow, and follow the sale of 1.6 hectares of land in the estate during the past year.
LandCorp chief executive Frank Marra expected strong interest in the new land release.
“The size of these lots makes them perfect for retail/showroom uses,” Mr Marra said.
“And with their location near Masters Home Improvements and Bunnings, they’re ideally positioned to attract passing traffic.”
“A number of other retailers have already purchased land within The Quadrangle, including Bunnings, Super Amart and The Good Guys.”
Pricing for the lots starts at $945,000.
More than 70 per cent of The Quadrangle, which is bordered by Mitchell Freeway, Joondalup Drive, Hodges Drive and Eddystone Avenue, has been sold.
