Integrated's Sutherland new MD at Programmed

Monday, 10 December, 2007 - 10:00

Programmed Maintenance Services Ltd has appointed Perth-based Integrated Group Ltd's chief executive Chris Sutherland as managing director.

The appointment follows the impending retirement of Programmed Maintenance Services managing director Max Findlay, after 20 years of service.

Mr Sutherland has been the chief executive of Integrated Group Limited, which merged with PRG in June 2007, since February 2006, and has held several senior management positions in different engineering, maintenance and contracting businesses with operations in Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA.

Programmed Maintenance Services chairman Geoff Tomlinson said the appointment followed an extensive search which provided an outstanding range of internal and external candidates.

"The workforce and marine businesses of Integrated have shown solid growth under Chris' leadership. The board is looking forward to Chris building upon the wonderful potential of the organisation developed by Max Findlay during his long term as managing director".

Mr Sutherland will commence his new role on January 21 2008 and will be based in Perth.
