HENDERSON-BASED shipbuilder Strategic Marine has added to its burgeoning order book by securing contracts worth $US14.3 million ($16.1 million) for three aluminum hulled boats from an Indonesian company. Strategic Marine chairman Mark Newbold said the latest signings would involve the company building three additional 31-metre offshore utility boats for PT Baruna Raya Logistics. Mr Newbold said Baruna Raya’s craft would be built at the company’s yard in Singapore. The latest signings follow contracts with customers in Mexico and Singapore. Strategic Marine’s order book now stands at more than 125 ships worth more than $US210 million ($224 million).
