Caillin Howard (pictured) has been appointed managing director of Hames Sharley, following the retirement of 38-year veteran Paul Drechsler, who will become an urban design consultant.
Mr Howard started at the Perth office of the design firm in 1999, then moved to the Adelaide studio where he has led the national retail and town centre portfolio.
Mr Howard will now split his time among all states.
