Greenland Minerals and Energy managing director Roderick McIllree has resigned from his role.
Current executive director John Mair will step into the managing director’s role.
Mr McIllree was a founding director of Greenland Minerals and Energy and Dr Mair joined the company in 2008.
Chairman Michael Hutchison has stepped down from his role but will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
Current non-executive director Tony Ho has been appointed independent chairman.
