Futuris CEO resigns from Westralia Property Management

The chief executive of Futuris Corporation Ltd, Leslie Wozniczka, has resigned from the board of Westralia Property Management - the responsible entity for the Westralia Property Trust - being replaced by Futuris chief financial officer Peter Zachert.

Futuris owns 34 per cent of the listed trust, which announced last week it had sold the Kalgoorlie Broadwater Resort Hotel to PrimeWest Management Ltd for $10.15 million.

Westralia Property Management Limited announces Mr Leslie Peter Wozniczka has resigned as Director of Westralia Property Management Limited, the Responsible Entity for the Westralia Property Trust.

The Board expresses its thanks to Mr Wozniczka for his role as Director since April 2005 following the change in ownership of the Responsible Entity.

Mr Peter Zachert has been appointed as a Director of Westralia Property Management Limited. Mr Zachert has extensive management experience and is the Chief Financial Officer of Futuris Corporation Limited.
