TPG Town Planning, Urban Design and Heritage has announced founder David Caddy will step down as managing director in January next year and assume the role of director.
Mr Caddy founded TPG in 1989 and has been a professor of urban and regional planning at the University of WA since 2010.
Current director of the strategic and land-use team, Tony Paduano, has been appointed managing director of TPG from January.
Mr Paduano has been with TPG for more than 21 years.
