Forge Group wins $40m Hillgrove contract

Forge Group's wholly owned subsidiary Abesque Engineering has won a $40 million construction and commissioning contract for Hillgrove Resources' Kanmantoo Copper Project.

The contract is for the engineering design, procurement, construction and commissioning of the processing facility which is located in South Australia.

Hillgrove purchased the de-commissioned Pillara processing plant for the Kanmantoo Project in July 2009.

Abesque completed the dismantle works and transportation of this plant from the Kimberley region to the Kanmantoo site in July 2010.

The contract involves the re-erection of the Pillara Plant, with several modifications and enhancements to meet the specific site conditions and processing requirements at Kanmantoo.

Forge Group Ltd is pleased to advise that its wholly owned subsidiary Abesque
Engineering Ltd has been awarded the Construction and Commissioning Contract for Hillgrove Resources Ltd's Kanmantoo Copper Project. The contract value is
approximately $40m and is for the engineering design, procurement, construction and commissioning of the processing facilities for the project which is located approximately 65km south east of Adelaide in South Australia, near the town of Callington.

Hillgrove purchased the de-commissioned Pillara processing plant for the Kanmantoo Project in July 2009, and Abesque completed the dismantle works and transportation of this plant from the Kimberley region of Western Australia to the Kanmantoo site in July 2010. The Construction and Commissioning Contract involves the re-erection of the Pillara Plant, with several modifications and enhancements to meet the specific site conditions and processing requirements at Kanmantoo.

In the company's appendix 4E released to the ASX on the 17th August 2010 it was
revealed that the order book at that point in time was $247m. The above contract award was not included in that figure.

The contract works are scheduled for completion in September 2011.
