Vageta Pty Limited, a private company controlled by Executive Director Pnina Feldman continues to support the Company through the 14 October 2000 Convertible Note facility. $474,464 has been provided to the Company during December 2002 and January 2003. $634,818 is currently available for the Company to draw upon under the terms of the Convertible Note.
