Has entered into a farm-in joint venture agreement with West Africa Gold Exploration (Namibia) P/L (WAGE), in respect to the mineral rights on the Husab EPL 3138 located in Namibia. Extract can earn a 51% interest by expending A$400,000 on the project within an 18 month period.
