Doric chief executive officer Peter Iancov has resigned after five years in the lead role, continuing until mid-October to ensure a smooth transition.
The company has no plans to appoint a new CEO, instead leaving Vince Mulholland to run the building construction and defence arm, and Dan Foo to run the resources and infrastructure division.
Chairman Harry Xydas will also take a more active role.
