Centrepoint Alliance Ltd non-executive director Richard Nelson has increased his indirect shares in the company by 557,328 fully paid shares for a consideration of $405,178. Mr Nelson now holds 16.8 million fully paid shares which were worth $15.8 million at the time of the transaction. Managing director Martin Kane made a small purchase to add 1108 shares to his 16.1 million shares valued at more than $12 million last week. Deep Yellow Ltd executive chairman Leon Pretorius has increased his shares in the company by 13.5 million shares for a consideration of $1,012,500. Dr Pretorius now holds 41.5 shares and 5 million options after the change. Monitor Holdings Ltd executive director David Steinepreis has reduced his beneficial interest in the company by 33.4 million shares for $929,343. His remaining holding is 7.3 million shares. Executive director and company secretary Gary Steinepreis has also reduced his indirect interest in the company by 24.4 million shares for a consideration of $678,546, leaving him with 1.1 million shares. PCH Group Ltd non-executive director Paul Finn has reduced his indirect interest in the company by 2 million shares for a consideration of $1,956,933. He holds 1.1 million shares.
