Newly appointed Kalgoorlie-Boulder Resources Ltd non-executive directors Richard Alter and Stanley Lewis have acquired 50 million shares in the gold explorer, following KBRL’s takeover of Australian Gold Investments Pty Ltd, in which a company jointly owned by Mr Alter and Mr Lewis was a shareholder. ComputerCorp Ltd director Robin Rindel has increased his direct and indirect interest in the company by acquiring over 3.3 million shares at a value of $635,384, through an issue approved by shareholders at general meeting. He also acquired 2.5 million options and 550,000 buyer incentive shares. Mr Rindel now holds just over five million shares at a value of $939,016.
