Deep Yellow Ltd managing director Leon Pretorius has increased his direct and indirect interest in the company through the on-market acquisition of 4.3 million shares at a total cost of $1.3 million. He now owns 103 million shares valued at $32 million on the announcement day share price. In less than a month, Mr Pretorius acquired 7.7 million shares in the company at a total cost of $2.3 million. Centaurus Resources Ltd chairman Mark Papendieck has increased his direct and indirect interest in the company through the acquisition of 500,000 shares at $400,000, issued to acquire the directors’ shares in San Greal Resources Pty Ltd. Mr Papendieck now owns 1.1 million shares valued at $2.3 million. Jubilee Mines NL director Phillip Lockyer has decreased his interest in the company through the off-market sale of 10,000 shares realising $230,000. He now owns 455,979 shares in the explorer, valued at $10.5 million on the announcement day share price.
