A subsidiary of Belmont-based property developer Diploma Group Ltd has secured a contract to construct an office complex in Osborne Park valued at nearly $9 million.
At the end of this month, Diploma Construction (WA) Pty Ltd will start work on a three storey office complex at Garden Office Park, a project being developed by Commercial Projects Pty Ltd which is part of the Rifici Group.
Construction is expected to take 52 weeks.
This is Diploma's second contract with the Rifici Group and is the first stage of a proposed re-development planned by the Rifici Group at Garden Office Park.
