FORMER Minara Resources Ltd chief financial officer Stephen Dennis has joined Sydney-based CBH Resources Ltd as chief executive officer. Mr Dennis will retain his existing position as managing director of CBH Sulphur Springs, which he assumed earlier in the year, leading the company’s $213 million Panorama copper/zinc project in the Pilbara. He was previously regional director of Brambles Australia Ltd’s minerals transport operations in WA and is a non-executive director of Heron Resources Ltd.
