Monitor Holdings’ David and Gary Steinpreis both increased their holdings in the company by 20 million ordinary shares through the exercise of options for the consideration of $200,000. The transactions leave David Steinpreis’ interest in the company at 40,653,076 shares and Gary Steinpreis’ interest at 41,850,000 shares.
