DRD extends Emperor offer
DURBAN Roodeport Deep has extended its take over offer for Fijian gold miner Emperor Mines Ltd by 28 days to June 11.
An announcement to the Australian Stock Exchange says DRD’s offer remains open.
DRD has a 19.78 per cent stake in Emperor and, together with its associates, a 21.44 per cent holding.
