Christopher Hunt has been appointed as chief financial officer following the resignation of Donald Stephens. Mike Amundsen has also resigned as managing director.

Frederik Botha has been appointed as director. Dr Botha, who is based in Johannesburg, is a hydrogeologist with extensive experience in water studies.

Marc Firestone, executive vice president and general counsel for Kraft Food, has joined Unilife’s board of directors as an independent director.
