Carbon Conscious Ltd Director Michael Shields has resigned. DoloMatrix International Ltd Elliott Kaplan has been appointed non-executive director. Dragon Mountain Gold Ltd Non-executive director Joshua Klenbort has retired. Epsilon Energy Ltd Morgan Barron has been appointed to replace company secretary Robert Middlemas. Firestone Energy Ltd Garth Higgo has been appointed chief executive officer. Fortuna Minerals Ltd Russell Lynton-Brown has been appointed non-executive director.
