Comings & Goings for WA’s listed companies have been provided by the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange.

David Burton has been appointed full-time technical director of Conquest Mining.

Keith Johns has joined the board of Kanowna Lights as a director. David Steinepreis has resigned from the board.

Angela Moore has been appointed company secretary of Central Asia Gold Limited. Mark Pearce and Shane Cranswick have resigned from the positions of company secretary and assistant company secretary respectively.

Peter Fitch has been appointed non-executive chairman of Austin Engineering.

Dr Evan Kirby has been appointed a non-executive director of Wedgetail Exploration NL.

Barry Cahill is to step down from the Perilya Limited Board in a few weeks time. Current board member Phil Lockyer will assume operational responsibilities.

Steve Graves has been appointed non-executive chairman of Orchard Petroleum. Chris Bowyer has also been appointed company secretary. The company is mourning the death of executive director Stephen Warrener.

Comet Resources director HG Dawson has resigned. He will be replaced by Roger Hill, who was a founding director of Comet.

Bill McSharer has been appointed to the board of Cervantes Seafood Limited.

Glengarry Resources has appointed Ian Gordon as a non-executive director. M Glasson has resigned as a director of that company.

Dr Saliba Sassine has resigned as a non-executive director of KLM Group.
