THE following company personnel changes have been notified to the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange:
Klaus Eckhof has resigned as director of My Casino Limited.
Ian Burston has been appointed as Director of Imdex Limited.
Newton Herbert, Director of Equs Limited, has passed away. The Company proposes to identify a suitable candidate to take on Mr Herbert's role as Non-Executive Director.
Oei Hong Leong and Oei-Chu Yue Mei have resigned as Directors of Australia Net.Com Limited (formerly MRI Holdings Limited)
Godfrey Semini has resigned as Secretary of Electrotech Investments Limited and Richard Oh has been appointed Company Secretary.
Harvey Collins has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of PCH Group Ltd.
