Colliers offers three former Lone Star restaurant sites

COLLIERS International has been appointed to sell three restaurant premises. The restaurants, which were formerly Zorros and prior to this Lone Star, are situated at: Great Eastern Highway, Ascot; Albany Highway, Maddington; and South Street, O’Connor. The properties will be sold individually by private treaty. The properties are fully fitted out as restaurants in a ‘wild west’ theme, although all could be easily converted to a wide range of other uses. The buildings all have an area of over 500 square metres and all sit on large land areas ranging from 1,000 to 3,000sq m.
