COLLIERS International has been appointed to sell three restaurant premises.
The restaurants, which were formerly Zorros and prior to this Lone Star, are situated at: Great Eastern Highway, Ascot; Albany Highway, Maddington; and South Street, O’Connor.
The properties will be sold individually by private treaty.
The properties are fully fitted out as restaurants in a ‘wild west’ theme, although all could be easily converted to a wide range of other uses.
The buildings all have an area of over 500 square metres and all sit on large land areas ranging from 1,000 to 3,000sq m.
