A STRATEGY to create 60,000 new jobs as part of a $12 billion satellite city near Yanchep has been unveiled by Planning Minister Graham Kierath.
“When it is finished the project will be home to about 150,000 people,” Mr Kierath said.
“For it to work those people are going to need jobs.”
