AXG Mining has appointed former Barra Resources managing director Dean Goodwin as managing director and Thompson Downey Cooper principal Robert Downey as non-executive chairman, to replace Guy Le Page who remains as a non-executive director.
Executive director Gordon Sklenka and non-executive director/company secretary Roland Berzins have resigned, and Keith Bowker will assume the company secretary role.
