THE 16 lots in Cedar Woods’ AXIS industrial subdivision in Balcatta have been sold by Colliers International, resulting in more than $15.76 million of land sales. The prices achieved within the land subdivision were in the range of $270 per square metre to $326/sq m, excluding GST, which reflects record rates for land sales in this area. The subdivision provides lot sizes ranging from 2,535sq m to 5,004sq m. A significant section of the estate was sold to The Re-Store Pty Ltd, for future requirements of the group as owner-occupiers or developers in its own right.
