Cape range in the union

CAPE Range Wireless has become a member of the International Telecommunication Union thanks to the support of the Malaysian ministry of Energy, Communications and Multimedia.

The ITU, which is part of the United Nations, is responsible for coordinating thngs such as satellite orbits, frequency allocation recommendations, telephone internetworking standards recommendations and global radio standards recommendations.

Entry to the ITU means Cape Range will be able to participate in the dialogues, recommendations and the development of global solutions designed to overcome the digital divide that exists between developed and developing nations and to aid the development of communications infrastructure in developing countries.

The company has been invited by the Malaysian Government to take part in the World Summit on the Information Society in Geneva from December 9 to 13 as part of the Malaysian delegation.
