Has reached agreement in principle to place 56 million ordinary shares at a price of 4 cents per share to Farrant Ltd. Farrant has also agreed to convert not less than 37 million existing options at a price of 5 cents per share, which will result in a total injection of A$4 million into the Company by Farrant. This placement is being handled by Montagu.
