Sydney fund manager Barwon Investment Partners has bought Bunbury Dermatology and Phototherapy for $4.1 million.
Ray White Commercial WA agent Brett Wilkins brokered the off-market sale of 114 Spencer Street Bunbury on behalf of a private investor.
“The property comprises a totally refurbished specialist centre on a prominent location in the medical heart of Bunbury,” Mr Wilkins said.
St John of God Health Care recently signed a 10-year lease for the site, as a new tenant.
Mr Wilkins described health care as one of the hottest asset classes in Australia, having been involved in the sale of close to $100 million of healthcare assets in the past two years.
Barwon Investment Partners specialises in health care and manages more than $2.5 billion of assets for its investors.
