A MARCH quarter review of the City of Bunbury budget has identified a $46,000 surplus following a $61,056 deficit at the December review.
Mayor John Castrilli welcomed the turnaround.
“A number of projects came in under budget and in some areas income was higher than budgeted,” Mr Castrilli said.
“Savings were also achieved through improved management and work practices,” he said.
