Borrello Graham appoints special counsel

Hendrik Van Aswegen has been appointed as special counsel at the boutique law firm Borrello Graham Lawyers. Mr Van Aswegen specialises in property and planning and commercial and administrative law. His broad areas of legal expertise include advising landowners and property developers in relation to land sales contracts, off-the-plan sales contracts, leasing and sub-leasing agreements, land use agreements and advising landowners in relation to administrative review proceedings in the State Administrative Tribunal.
