Infinity Lithium Corporation has appointed Ramón Jiménez as an executive director. He was appointed chief executive of the company’s wholly-owned Spanish subsidiary Extremadura New Energies in May 2022.
Legend Mining has appointed experienced corporate and mining lawyer Hilary Macdonald as a non-executive director. Ms Macdonald has over 30 years of legal experience in the UK and Australia, with a particular focus on corporate and mining law.
Harry Greaves is stepping down as executive director of Prospect Resources after 12 years of service. Mr Greaves was a founding director of the company, and will continue to assist with project origination and building out a portfolio of battery and electrification metal projects across sub-Saharan Africa.
