Board Moves September 19, 2023

Pivotal Metals has appointed experienced mining executive Ivan Fairhall as managing director and chief executive, Steven Turner will transition from chief executive to a non-executive director, and Ashley Hood has resigned as non-executive director after 6 years with the company. Mr Fairhall is a Chartered Engineer and mine finance professional with nearly 20 years of mining industry experience. He also has extensive technical grounding in various design, construction and commissioning roles including considerable experience in managing pre-development studies across commodities and geographies.
