Board Moves September 18, 2023

BNK Banking Corporation has appointed deputy chair Jon Denovan as chair, following the retirement of executive chair Don Koch who will remain on the board as a non-executive director until the upcoming AGM in November. Mr Denovan, who has been on the board since September 2019, is a lawyer in financial services regulation with significant banking, commercial, and property experience. The company has also appointed Danny Davies as company secretary, taking over from Sophie Raven who has held the role since May this year. Mr Davies has over 20 years of legal and governance experience, and had provided governance and company secretarial services for many listed and non-listed Australian and international companies.

Siren Gold has appointed Victor Rajasooriar as non-executive director. Mr Rajasooriar is a highly experienced Australian mining executive and company director with over 25 years of operational and technical experience across underground and open pit mining operations.
