Board Moves September 15, 2023

Terry Bowen will be retiring as non-executive director of BHP at the upcoming AGM in November. He has been on the board since October 2017, and will be stepping down to focus on his role as president and chief operating officer of global e-commerce technology company Rokt.

James Barrie, a professional company secretary and director, has taken over from Harry Miller as company secretary of I Synergy Group. 

Shane Sikora will be stepping down as managing director of Rumble Resources on 29 September as the company transitions to the next stage in the development of its Earaheedy Zinc-Lead-Silver Project in Wiluna, Western Australia. Mr Sikora has been with the company since January 2011, becoming managing director in August 2015. Current non-executive director Peter Venn will become interim managing director while the company searches for a replacement.
