Battery Minerals has appointed experienced Chartered Secretary and CPA Nerida Schmidt as company secretary from 25 November, when Tony Walsh will resign from the role after five and a half years of service. Ms Schmidt has over 30 years of professional experience as a company secretary of ASX and AIM-listed companies across a variety of industries.

ChemX Materials has made some changes to its board and management structure, in readiness for the next phase of growth and a focus on project development. Its founder and executive director Stephen Strubel will transition to an interim managing director as the company commences a search for an experienced project development CEO & MD. Mr Strubel takes over from David Leavy, who will remain with the company as a strategic product consultant.

Lawrence Teo has resigned as managing director of I Synergy Group but will remain with the company as a strategic advisor, where he will focus on the rollout and expansion of its new wyde software platform in South-East Asia. He will be succeeded by executive director Kevin Coutinho, who was previously the chief technology officer. Non-executive director Josh Hunt will transition to non-executive chair.

Andrew Worland, non-executive director of International Graphite since May 2019, will become managing director and chief executive in January 2023. Phil Hearse, founder and executive chair of the company, intends to revert to a non-executive director’s role in the first quarter of 2023 and focus particularly on Collie downstream processing metallurgy, technology development and process design.
