Board Moves October 26, 2022

Blackstone Minerals has appointed Dan Lougher as non-executive director. Mr Lougher is a qualified mining engineer with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of resource and mining project exploration, feasibility, development and operations. He also has a significant corporate network within the financial and mining community.

Geoff Jones has decided to resign as managing director of GR Engineering Services at the end of January 2023, after more than nine years in the role. Tony Patrizi, current executive director and one of the founders, will become acting managing director until a replacement has been appointed.

Romolo Santoro has resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary of Hazer Group. Harry Spindler has been appointed company secretary. Mr Spindler is an experienced corporate professional with a broad range of corporate governance and capital markets experience spanning 22 years.

Kula Gold has appointed experienced geologist and mining executive Ric Dawson as chief executive. Mr Dawson has over 20 years of experience in gold, nickel, copper and kaolin projects throughout Western Australia and Northern Territory. He was also a stockbroker and analyst.

Paul Brown has resigned as non-executive director of Resource Development Group. He joined the board in June 2020.

Ian Finch is no longer the executive chair of Torque Metals. Mr Finch is a founder of the company and will remain as a non-executive director, with current non-executive director Patrick Burke transitioning to a non-executive chair.
