BlackEarth Minerals has appointed experienced and leading Australian business advisor Heather Zampatti as non-executive director. Ms Zampatti, a Certified Financial Planner and a Master of Stockbroking, has over 35 years of experience in the capital markets, stockbroking and investment sectors.

Paul Everingham will take over from Andrew Milner as chair of Cirrus Networks on or around 13 December. Mr Milner has decided to step down after six years as a director and chair of the company.

Barnaby Egerton-Warburton has resigned as non-executive director of Invictus Energy due to increasing demands from other board roles. Mr Egerton-Warburton has been a founding director and played a key role in the back door listing of the Cabora Bassa Basin asset.

Jenn Morris OAM will become non-executive director of Liontown Resources at the upcoming AGM on 24 November. Ms Morris is an experienced corporate executive and company director with a career spanning more than 10 years across the mining, government and transport sectors during her tenure as partner of Deloitte.

RBR Group has appointed Matthew Worner as non-executive director, and London-based Paul Graham-Clarke will step down from the board at the upcoming AGM in November. Mr Worner was a corporate lawyer with significant experience in the governance and management of mid-tier public companies. He has a strong understanding of the commercial and legal challenges of operating ASX-listed companies in non-Australian jurisdictions, including continental Africa. The company has also appointed 2 chief operating officers for its two operating zones in Perth and Africa. Patrick Danaux will become chief operating officer for its African operations while a search for a Perth-based COO is in progress.

SRG Global has appointed Amber Banfield as non-executive director. Ms Banfield spent over 20 years in management positions with Worley, and has consulted to leading resource and energy companies providing strategy and project development support to energy transition, decarbonisation and sustainability-related investments.

Ian Murray has resigned as non-executive director of Todd River Resources.
