Board Moves October 20, 2022

Deep Yellow has appointed resources and energy executive Victoria Jackson as non-executive director. Ms Jackson has over 35 years of experience specialising in executive management, leadership and strategy. Prior to her career in government, Ms Jackson held exploration geology and cartography roles within the exploration industry in Western Australia. Current executive director Steven Michael has decided to step down from the board and remain in his executive capacity until the end of this year.

Brian Dawes will be stepping down as non-executive director of Kin Mining at its upcoming AGM on 24 November. Mr Dawes joined the board in February 2018.

Simon Hadfield will be retiring as non-executive director of Peel Mining at the upcoming AGM in November. Mr Hadfield was a founding director in 2007 and chair from 2008 to February 2022.

Pinnacle Minerals has appointed current chief executive Nic Matich as managing director, and significant shareholder Robert Hodby has retired as executive director.

Lucy Bowman has taken over from Andrew Cox as an additional company secretary of Woodside Energy, with Mr Cox continuing in the role of vice president of legal & group general counsel. Ms Bowman has been the senior legal counsel since October 2021.
