Board Moves October 16, 2018

Wade Evans has been appointed non-executive director of Bora Bora Resources. Mr  Evans is a geologist with 25 years of experience in the resources sector in Australia and New Zealand across exploration, business development, mergers and acquisitions.

Andrew Beigel has stepped down as non-executive director of Consolidated Zinc, a position he held during the company’s restructuring process. He remains as company secretary.

DTI Group has appointed Greg Purdy, Steve Gallagher and Andrew Lewis as non-executive directors. Richard Johnson has stepped down as executive director but continues as director of commercial operations. At the conclusion of the AGM In November, Glyn Denison will retire as non-executive director and Neil Goodey will transition from chair to a non-executive director with Mr  Purdy succeeding as non-executive chair.

Douglas Rose has joined the board of Oakajee Corporation as non-executive director. Mr  Rose has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry and was Oakajee’s non-executive director from July 2015 to July 2017.
