Board Moves November 7, 2023

Arrow Minerals has advised of the resignation of Hugh Bresser as managing director, with Tommy McKeith transitioning from a non-executive chair to executive chair until a replacement has been appointed. Mr Bresser joined the company in July 2021 as a technical director before becoming managing director in March 2022. Mr McKeith was appointed chair in August 2019.

Elmore has appointed Andrew Haslam as managing director and chief executive from December, and Richard Bevan as non-executive director immediately. Mr Haslam has over 35 years of mining experience, as both a mining contractor and mine owner–operator within Australian-based companies. He has been a non-executive director at Elmore since February 2022. Mr Bevan has extensive senior management experience and has been involved in a range of businesses areas including construction and engineering, resources, healthcare and information services.

Norwest Minerals has advised of the passing of its non-executive chair Michael Tilley. Mr Tilley was the inaugural chair and took the company through its IPO and listing on the ASX. In the interim and until a new director has been appointed, current company secretary Oliver Carton and chief executive Charles Schaus will become non-executive director and chair respectively.
