Sonu Cheema and Steve Samuel have been appointed joint company secretaries of Blaze Minerals, following the resignation of Andrew Bickley. Mr Cheema has over 10 years of experience working with public and private companies in Australia and abroad. Mr Samuel is a Chartered Accountant who has been involved with a number of mineral exploration companies operating in the resources sector within Australia.
Ramelius Resources has appointed Fiona Murdoch as non-executive director from December. Ms Murdoch is a senior executive leader with extensive operational experience across the Australian and international resources and infrastructure sectors.
