Board Moves November 29, 2022

DTI Group has appointed Paul Gillespie as non-executive director. Mr Gillespie has over 20 years of experience in the smart parking and transportation marketplace where he has held several leadership positions.

Gregory Stevens has resigned as chief executive and executive director of Emerge Gaming. He is the founder and inaugural CEO, and became its non-executive director in April 2018.

Fortescue Metals Group has appointed Fiona Hick as chief executive. She will join the company in February 2023. Ms Hicks is an experienced executive having held several senior operational leadership roles in Woodside Energy over the last 20 years including in engineering, health, safety, environment, quality and strategy, planning and analysis. She won the 2019 Chamber of Minerals and Energy Western Australia's Outstanding Woman in Resources Award.

Randall Nickson has retired as non-executive director of Hot Chili. He joined the board in 2017.

Rey Resources has appointed Yan Zhao as executive director, and Dachun Zhang has resigned as non-executive director having served on the board since 2013. Mr Zhao has over 17 years of management and engineering experience in coal exploration and mining industry business development within Australia and China, as well as extensive network contacts.
