Board Moves November 26, 2021

DEVELOP has appointed highly experienced resources financier Michelle Woolhouse as non-executive director from December. Ms Woolhouse has 25 years of experience in project and corporate finance within the mining and metals sector including evaluation, debt structuring, technical considerations and sustainability.

Shri Somnath Nandi has been appointed non-executive director of Legacy Iron Ore. Mr Nandi has significant experience within the steel industry; in the areas of manufacturing, engineering, operations, planning and strategy, commissioning and stabilisation of new facilities.

Hamish Halliday has resigned as non-executive director of Venture Minerals. Mr Halliday was a co-founder and led the company through the discovery of its flagship asset, the Mount Lindsay Tin/Tungsten Deposit. He was also the managing director from April 2009 to December 2017 before taking on a non-executive role.

Cheryl Edwardes AM, chair of Vimy Resources since 2014, will be retiring from the board on 1 March 2022.
