Board Moves November 25, 2021

Deep Yellow has appointed Greg Meyerowitz as non-executive director from December. Mr Meyerowitz is a chartered accountant with 35 years of global mining, energy and financial experience across a diverse range of sectors. Non-executive directors Christophe Urtel and Rudolf Brunovs will step down from the board on 29 November and 31 December respectively.

Global Energy Ventures has appointed non-executive director Andrew Pickering as chair, following the retirement of Maurice Brand after 5 years on the board.

Andrew Teo has resigned as non-executive director of Mallee Resources due to increasing work commitments as managing director of Philippines-focused ASX-listed Medusa Mining. Mr Teo joined the board in June 2020, when he was then non-executive chair of Medusa.

Daryl Henthorn has retired as non-executive director of Redbank Copper. He has been with the company through its transition period from mid-2019 through to re-listing on the ASX.
