Kell Nielsen, chief executive of Manhattan Corporation since April 2020, has been appointed an executive director.
Northern Minerals has appointed Nicholas Curtis AM as non-executive chair. Mr Curtis has over 30 years of experience in mining and finance, with particular knowledge of the rare earths industry.
David Casey, managing director of Talon Energy, will transition to an executive director. Mr Casey has been with the company since July 2020. The transition will enable Mr Casey to assume a new role with potential synergies outside of the company, while still being an integral member of its board.
