Trinidad Perez has replaced Jose Merino as non-executive director of Kore Potash. Ms Perez is a qualified civil engineer and an M&A director at SQM, an investor in the company.
Australian heavy rare earths producer Northern Minerals has appointed LiangBing Yu as non-executive director. Mr Yu has over 20 years of experience in business operation and management.
Mike Utsler has taken over from John Jetter as executive chair of Otto Energy, with Mr Jetter remaining a non-executive director. Mr Utsler joined the company in September 2020 as chief executive and managing director.
As a result of the ongoing restructure of the operations at Stone Resources Australia, Sheng Lu has ceased his positions as deputy chief executive and joint company secretary. Current financial controller Luke Wang has been appointed joint company secretary.
